What are the Fees that Esalez charge?

We Charge 10% on Retail and 5% on Wholesale sales, No other Fee.

How Do I get paid for my sales?

Product sells between 1st and 31st of each month will be paid by the 15th of next month, on satisfactory delivery to the customer, We use third party Payment Processors to transfer money to Seller bank account or other payment cards and services, or cash pickups, depending on countries restrictions.

Who will ship the Product to Customer?

Seller will ship the product directly to customer, Customer Shipping and other information can be found on Seller dashboards under Orders.

How do I know the shipping cost?

Contact your country Postal Service and also UPS, FedEx, DHL etc, and they will provide you rates with weight and locations to mail.

I do not have PayPal account?

We do not require PayPal Account.

How many Products can I sell on Esalez?

Unlimited - and we do not charge any Extra fees for unlimited Products.

I Live in Pakistan, can I sell from Pakistan?

Yes, We Accept Sellers/Vendors from All Around the World.

Can esalez help me set up my store?

Yes, Download Any Desk Free Version and send us your Desk ID  via Skype / Email,  with Time and Date, and we will assist you remotely.  Watch Video

What products can I sell?

We allow many products. Email us at help@esalez.net before signing up for seller account.

How long does it take for esalez to approve my seller account or product?

24 to 72 hours in most cases

Yes. If we find fraud or any illegal activity, we will hold your payment for up to 90 days.

Do I need a business license to sell on Esalez.net?

Esalez.net doesn’t require sellers to have a business license to sell on Esalez.net.

However, when selling on Esalez.net you're required to follow any laws that apply to you as a small business selling online. If you have any questions regarding which laws apply to you, please contact a qualified professional.

Do I need an Inventory of Products before Selling?

NO, you can setup the inventory/stock Tracking option in product listing page, so if you have 2 products to sell, just put 2 in the stock/inventory tracking box, and once both products sold, customer will see a message of OUT OF STOCK, and will not be able to purchase the product.
